About Me
Hello,
I’m Professor Samuel Fish, I am and acupuncturist, educator and healthcare practitioner of wellness through Traditional East Asian medicine.
I’ve been practicing Acupuncture and Traditional East Asian Medicine for nearly a decade. My work focuses on herbal medicine and improving relationships with food and nutrition as defined by East Asian Medicine. I have used the principles within to educate and navigate countless patients to a greater understanding of their unique health needs. These are principles that I apply to my own life and health daily.
It is my hope that by refining our understanding of our bodies, that we can make empowered decisions every single day to bring us to wellness.
Skills and Services
TCM Education
I have been a clinician for 9 years with experience across multiple specialties including, Chronic pain, Oncology, pediatrics, and gastrointestinal disease. I am a former acupuncturist of UCSD Center for Integrative Medicine. I consider myself a jack of all trades, and am comfortable working with many patient types.
I currently counsel students on patient care as clinical supervisor with Pacific College of Health and Science.
Additionally my skill set includes insurance billing, language, and coding for reimbursement.
Wellness Coaching
As a member of the Harmony Health Collective I also provide coaching assistance for practitioners. My personal specialty is Herbal consultations and internal medicine with a focus on gastrointestinal health.
